- لا نبيع بياناتك أو نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية لأي طرف.We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
3. حماية البيانات3. Data Protection
- تشفير أثناء النقل (TLS) وممارسات أمان مطبّقة في أنظمتنا.Encryption in transit (TLS) and security practices applied in our systems.
- تقليل البيانات: نحتفظ بأقل قدر لازم وللمدة اللازمة فقط.Data minimization: we keep the least data needed, for only as long as needed.
- في المشاريع، تبقى الشركة هي «المتحكم في البيانات» ونحن «المعالج التقني» وفق PDPL.In projects, the client is the "data controller" and we are the "technical processor" per PDPL.
4. مشاركة البيانات4. Data Sharing
لا تُشارك بياناتك إلا مع معالجين تقنيين ضروريين (مثل مزوّد الاستضافة) وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة، وبموافقتك حيث يلزم.Your data is shared only with necessary technical processors (e.g., the hosting provider), to the extent required to run the service, and with your consent where applicable.
