تلتزم CybPhantom بحماية خصوصية عملائها. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها.CybPhantom is committed to protecting client privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها1. Data We Collect

• بيانات التواصل التي تزوّدنا بها (الاسم، البريد، رقم الجوال).Contact details you provide (name, email, phone).
• تفاصيل المشروع ونطاق العمل المطلوب لتقديم الخدمة.Project details and requested scope needed to deliver the service.
• لا نجمع بيانات حسّاسة دون حاجة، ولا نطلب كلمات مرور أو رموز تحقق (OTP) إطلاقاً.We don't collect sensitive data unnecessarily, and we never request passwords or OTP codes.

2. كيف نستخدم البيانات2. How We Use Data

• لتنفيذ الخدمة المتفق عليها والتواصل بشأن المشروع فقط.Only to deliver the agreed service and communicate about the project.
• لإصدار العقود والفواتير الرسمية.To issue formal contracts and invoices.
• لا نبيع بياناتك أو نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية لأي طرف.We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

3. حماية البيانات3. Data Protection

• تشفير أثناء النقل (TLS) وممارسات أمان مطبّقة في أنظمتنا.Encryption in transit (TLS) and security practices applied in our systems.
• تقليل البيانات: نحتفظ بأقل قدر لازم وللمدة اللازمة فقط.Data minimization: we keep the least data needed, for only as long as needed.
• تُحدّد أدوار «المتحكم» و«المعالج» ومسؤوليات كل طرف في العقد حسب طبيعة المشروع والمعالجة الفعلية.The contract defines controller, processor, and each party's responsibilities based on the actual project and processing activities.

4. مشاركة البيانات4. Data Sharing

لا تُشارك بياناتك إلا مع معالجين تقنيين ضروريين (مثل مزوّد الاستضافة) وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة، وبموافقتك حيث يلزم.Your data is shared only with necessary technical processors (e.g., the hosting provider), to the extent required to run the service, and with your consent where applicable.

5. حقوقك5. Your Rights

لك الحق في الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها أو طلب حذفها بعد انتهاء الغرض، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية. يمكن التواصل عبر قناة التواصل التجارية أو نموذج الطلب.You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data once its purpose ends, per the PDPL. Contact is available through the business contact channel or request form.

6. الأساس القانوني للمعالجة6. Legal Basis for Processing

تتم المعالجة لتنفيذ الطلب أو العقد، أو بناءً على الموافقة عندما تكون مطلوبة، أو على أساس نظامي آخر ينطبق على الحالة. ويمكن سحب الموافقة عندما تكون هي الأساس، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على المعالجة السابقة المشروعة أو الالتزامات النظامية.Processing is performed to handle a request or contract, on consent where required, or on another lawful basis applicable to the situation. Where consent is the basis, it may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing or legal retention obligations.

7. نقل البيانات خارج المملكة7. Cross-Border Data Transfer

إذا تطلب المشروع نقل بيانات شخصية خارج المملكة، يُوثّق الغرض والجهة المستلمة وموقع المعالجة، وتُطبّق المتطلبات والضمانات وتقييمات المخاطر اللازمة وفق النظام ولوائحه. لا يتم النقل لمجرد سهولة الاستضافة.If a project requires transferring personal data outside the Kingdom, the purpose, recipient, and processing location are documented, and required safeguards and risk assessments are applied under the PDPL and its regulations. Transfer is not made merely for hosting convenience.

8. إخطار الانتهاكات8. Breach Notification

إذا كنا «معالجاً» نبلّغ المتحكم كتابياً دون تأخير غير مبرر عند اكتشاف انتهاك. وإذا كنا «متحكماً» نتخذ إجراءات الاحتواء والتقييم والإخطار للجهة المختصة والأفراد المتأثرين متى انطبقت شروط الإخطار النظامية.Where we act as processor, we notify the controller in writing without undue delay after discovering a breach. Where we act as controller, we contain and assess the incident and notify the competent authority and affected individuals when the statutory notification conditions apply.

9. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات9. Data Retention

نحتفظ ببياناتك فقط للمدة اللازمة لتنفيذ الخدمة والوفاء بالالتزامات التعاقدية والقانونية. بعد انتهاء الغرض، تُحذف البيانات أو تُجعل مجهولة الهوية وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.We retain your data only for the duration necessary to deliver the service and fulfill contractual and legal obligations. After the purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymized per the PDPL.

10. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتتبع10. Cookies & Tracking

لا يستخدم هذا الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط (cookies) أو أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات خارجية. في حال إضافة أي أدوات تحليل مستقبلاً، سيتم تحديث هذه السياسة وإبلاغكم مسبقاً.This website does not use cookies, tracking, or external analytics tools. If any analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be notified in advance.

يمكن مراجعة النظام واللوائح والأدلة الإرشادية من منصة حوكمة البيانات الوطنية. هذه السياسة توضيحية ولا تستبدل العقد أو الاستشارة القانونية المتخصصة.The law, regulations, and guidance are available through the National Data Governance Platform. This policy is informational and does not replace the contract or specialist legal advice.
