1. المشاريع المخصّصة1. Custom Projects
- قبل بدء العمل: يُسترد العربون كاملاً إذا لم يبدأ التنفيذ بعد.Before work starts: the deposit is fully refunded if execution hasn't begun.
- بعد بدء العمل: العربون غير مسترد لأنه يغطّي العمل المُنجز فعلاً، ويُحسب ما تم تسليمه.After work starts: the deposit is non-refundable as it covers work already done; delivered work is accounted for.
- إخلال المطوّر: إذا لم يُسلَّم العمل المتفق عليه دون مبرر، يُستردّ المبلغ عن الجزء غير المُنجز.Developer default: if the agreed work isn't delivered without justification, the amount for the undelivered part is refunded.
- لا يُسترد المبلغ بعد تسليم النظام/الكود الكامل واستلامه.No refund after the full system/code is delivered and accepted.
2. الاشتراكات2. Subscriptions
- ضمان استرداد خلال 7 أيام من بداية الاشتراك إذا لم يبدأ الاستخدام الفعلي.A 7-day money-back guarantee from the subscription start if active use hasn't begun.
- تُدفع الاشتراكات مقدماً، ولا تُسترد المدة المستهلكة.Subscriptions are paid in advance; consumed periods are non-refundable.
3. الخدمات الفردية3. Individual Services
الخدمات المنفّذة (مثل إعداد سيرة ذاتية أو حساب مهني) غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد التسليم. يشمل كل عمل جولتَي تعديل مجانيتين ضمن النطاق.Completed services (e.g., CV or profile setup) are non-refundable after delivery. Each includes two free revision rounds within scope.
4. آلية طلب الاسترداد4. How to Request a Refund
راسلنا عبر البريد أو واتساب موضّحاً رقم العقد/الطلب وسبب الطلب. نردّ خلال 3 أيام عمل، ويُنفَّذ الاسترداد المستحق خلال 7–14 يوم عمل بنفس وسيلة الدفع.Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your contract/order number and the reason. We respond within 3 business days, and any due refund is processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
💡 لتقليل القلق: استخدم خيار الوساطة المضمونة (مستقل/بحر) في المشاريع الجديدة — المنصة لا تُطلق المبلغ إلا بعد استلامك العمل.💡 To reduce worry: use the escrow option (Mostaql/Bahr) for new projects — the platform releases funds only after you accept the work.
