CybPhantom Custom Business Systems & Operations

Digital products and systems

We build what your work needs. Then we hand it over.

Website, system, software, automation, AI, integration, or an existing product that needs work. See a real demo, shape the scope, and get an initial price and time range before you contact us.

What we work on

  • Professional websites
  • Operations systems and ERP
  • Software and internal tools
  • Automation and AI
  • Integrations and data
  • Improving existing systems
  • Built around your process, not a template.
  • Arabic interfaces from day one, right to left.
  • Four working demos you can open right now.
  • After handover the decision is yours.

Systems you can try

Rather than describe the experience, open them and click through. All four run on invented data with no login.

The operations platform dashboard: fleet, trip, maintenance and fuel figures with weekly readiness charts, in Arabic, right to left.

Demo

Full operations platform

Fleet, trips, maintenance, fuel, roles and reporting under one control centre. Suits companies with assets, vehicles and field teams.

What you can see

  • Dashboard
  • Fleet
  • Trips
  • Maintenance
  • Fuel
  • Roles
  • Reports
  • Activity log

A simplified demo on invented data. No customer information and no connection to any real system. Final design varies with the project's identity and scope.

What you need

A website that actually represents you

We build a site designed for your business: a clear page structure, content that reads well, real speed, and a technical base that lets search engines understand you. Arabic, English, or both.

Choose the components that matter

These are possible components, not ready-made products or a promise that every item is in scope.

What you receive
  • The site ready to publish
  • Files and repository as the contract sets out
  • A short operating guide
  • Transferable deployment settings

Step 1 of 5

Subscribe, or own the system?

The answer is not always the same. Here is the comparison honestly, without running down subscription products.

An off-the-shelf subscription

A product built in advance that you subscribe to monthly or annually.

  • A faster start, often live the same week
  • Recurring fees for as long as you use it
  • The vendor develops the product and fixes it
  • Configuration within the limits the product allows
  • The roadmap belongs to the vendor, not to you

A system you own

A system built around your process and handed over per the contract.

  • A higher initial investment, with a start and an end
  • Built around your workflow rather than a template
  • Files and repository transfer to you per the contract
  • You decide what gets developed and in what order
  • Support is optional, taken only if you want it

If a ready-made product genuinely covers your work, you probably do not need us to build an alternative. We build when there is a real reason: a different process, deep integration, or a need to own the solution and develop it your way.

What you actually receive

Handover is not one file. These are the layers that can be part of it, depending on the project and its scope.

  1. The project The product or system in its final form, after we have tested it with you.
  2. Files and repository The code and the repository, as the contract sets out.
  3. Access Administrative accounts and permissions that fall inside the project scope.
  4. Documentation Operating guide, system map and the list of integrations.
  5. Deployment Transferable deployment settings and how updates get published.
  6. Data Data structure and how to export it, according to the project.
  7. Acceptance A clear list of what was tested and handed over.
  8. What comes next Suggestions for the stage after this one, with no obligation.

A quick view of project scale

Four points on the project scale. Each is an initial planning range; after scope review you receive a clear price and schedule.

Technical system review

From SAR 2,500
5–10 business days

A review of a system you already run, within an agreed scope: structure, performance, maintainability and how permissions are handed out. You get a written report with clear priorities.

One workflow or module

SAR 6,000–12,000
3–6 weeks

A single workflow, an approval path, an internal tool, a dashboard, or automating one repeated task.

Custom business or operations system

SAR 15,000–35,000
10–18 weeks

An operations or fleet system, or a multi-module internal system, including real integration with what you already run.

Larger platform or multiple branches

Scope needed first

SAR 35,000–90,000+
16–28+ weeks

Several branches or departments, migration from an existing system, complex permissions, or links to more than one other system.

What pushes the cost up

  • Multiple branches
  • Complex permissions
  • Migrating old data
  • Links to outside systems
  • Custom reporting
  • Interfaces in two languages
  • A longer trial period

What brings it down

  • A single site
  • No data migration
  • Standard roles
  • A documented API already in place
  • Requirements written down early

Annual support plans

Support is entirely optional. If you want us to stay involved after handover, these are the three levels.

Care

For stable sites and systems that need periodic attention.

  • Scheduled maintenance review
  • Dependency and update review
  • Backup responsibility review
  • Fault investigation
  • Deployment assistance
  • Periodic health check

12% of original project value annually, minimum SAR 2,400

Not included: Major new functionality or third-party and cloud charges. Response arrangements and included hours are defined in the support proposal and contract.

Growth

For sites and systems that keep evolving.

  • Everything appropriate from Care
  • Planned improvement cycles
  • Performance review
  • Search foundation review for websites
  • Small agreed changes
  • Integration health review
  • Periodic roadmap session

18% of original project value annually, minimum SAR 4,800

Not included: Major new functionality or third-party and cloud charges. Response arrangements and included hours are defined in the support proposal and contract.

Priority

For systems the daily operation depends on.

  • Higher support priority
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Monitoring where the infrastructure supports it
  • Release coordination
  • Backup and recovery checks
  • Incident coordination
  • An agreed change allowance
  • Periodic technical review

25% of original project value annually, minimum SAR 9,600

Not included: Major new functionality or third-party and cloud charges. Response arrangements and included hours are defined in the support proposal and contract.

The scope of each plan is set in the contract according to the project. We do not publish response times or included hours before they are approved.

After handover, the decision is yours

We do not lock you in. Pick whatever suits you once the project is done.

Run it yourself

Take the files and documentation and carry on at your own pace.

  • Fully independent

Your team continues

We hand your technical team everything they need to keep developing it.

  • Knowledge transfer

Another developer continues

The documentation and repository are organised so any competent developer can pick it up.

  • No lock-in

We stay on a support plan

If you would rather we stayed, choose the support level that fits the project.

  • Optional

Calculate your current subscription cost

What you pay each month

Optional

Comparison period

Subscription total over the period

0 SAR

To compare that against a custom build we need to agree a scope first, because the price depends on what you actually need.

Customer experiences

We publish a customer experience only with the author's clear permission and after a manual review.

No customer experience is approved for publication yet, so we show no unverified stars or counts.

Questions before you start

The questions we actually get, answered directly.

Do I own the system?

Ownership details are set in the contract and the project scope, and we write them down clearly before we start. Third-party technology and libraries stay under their own licences.

Do I get the files and the code?

Yes, as the contract sets out, along with the repository and documentation. We put this in the scope from the beginning so there is nothing to argue about later.

What happens after handover?

Your choice: run it yourself, have your team continue, bring in another developer, or take an annual support plan with us.

Are there monthly fees?

There are no compulsory monthly fees on the project itself. Hosting, the domain, and any third-party service or API carry their own ongoing charges, and we make those clear up front.

Who pays for hosting?

Hosting and the domain are normally in your name and on your account, which is better for you because you keep control of access. We help with the setup and the choice.

What if I need changes later?

New work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, or covered by a support plan if it falls within one.

Can I continue with another developer?

Yes. We write the documentation and organise the repository so any competent developer can take over without depending on us.

Do you connect existing systems?

Yes, where the system offers an API or a clear export. Where it does not, we tell you at the start what the options are.

Do we have to rebuild from scratch?

Often not. We review what you have first, and if it is worth improving we say so, even when that makes the project smaller for us.

How is pricing decided?

We agree a written scope, then send a proposal with price, timeline and what is included. The prices published here are approximate so you can plan a budget.

How is the project tested?

We agree acceptance criteria before development, and test against the agreed cases, including the ones where it could fail.

What data do you need?

The minimum that makes the project work. If we need sensitive data we agree how it is handled and where the limits are before we receive it.

Prepare your project details

Have these ready before the first conversation and we get to scope and price faster.
