Build Studio runs inside the page. A share link contains only non-sensitive selections; it excludes notes, budget, timing and contact details. Copying happens on your device.
Do not enter passwords, customer data or confidential information in notes. There is no form backend and nothing is sent automatically. WhatsApp is a third-party destination and opens only after your review and explicit click. The hosting provider may keep standard technical request logs outside the site code.

Content explains services and helps prepare an initial scope. It is not a binding offer, contract or outcome guarantee, and a visible component is not automatically included in one price or scope.
The site currently has no checkout or payment collection. Project scope, price, stages, acceptance and payment terms are set in the proposal and contract after the required business identity and owner information are verified.

Ownership and handover
Depending on the contract and project, handover can include source code, repository, deployment information, admin access, documentation, transferable design assets, data/schema notes, integration notes, an acceptance checklist and a roadmap.
Ownership and handover are defined by contract. Libraries, cloud services, APIs, domains, paid licences and stock assets remain subject to their own terms.
Support and maintenance
Support after handover is optional. Care, Growth or Priority scope, price and any priority or working window are set by project and written agreement. No response time, uptime, hours or unlimited support are published without explicit contractual approval.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation and refund rights and terms must follow applicable Saudi law and the contracting context. We do not use a blanket no-refunds policy.
For custom projects, milestones, work completed and external costs are handled in the proposal and contract where legally permissible. Final wording needs review and approval before online contracting or payment is enabled.
Contact
No public business contact or submission form is enabled in this release. You can prepare and copy the project summary locally. WhatsApp remains locked until the owner supplies a verified business number intended for publication.
